Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Construction Project Manager to work on a project based in West London and is accessible by transport links.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Overseeing progress of the construction site on a day-to-day basis from initial phases to handover.
• Ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget as well as to the required quality standards.
• Managing client relationships through regular communication.
• Effectively managing client relationships, coordinating a variety of teams, both internal and external teams and mitigating risks.

Construction Project Manager Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a project manager - fit out role in the industry to be knowledgeable of the required processes.
• Strong leadership skills and prior management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as problem solving skills under pressure
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and/or relevant experience.
• Proficient in key management software, strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Experience in Fit Out projects, Shell & Core Projects and Design & Build contracts
