Location: North London

Rate: £23-£25 per hour

Contract: Temporary

Benefits: Company van provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced D&M (Damp & Mould) Supervisor to oversee works across residential properties in North London.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Damp & Mould works across occupied housing stock

• Manage operatives and subcontractors on site

• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Carry out site inspections and quality checks

• Liaise with residents, operatives, and internal teams

• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met

• Complete reports and basic admin as required

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising Damp & Mould works

• Background in social housing or residential maintenance preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

• Full UK driving licence (van provided)

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
