Job Title: Electrical Biased Engineer (Foot Mobile)
Location: London (Zones 1-3)
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Biased Engineer to join our mobile maintenance team, working across commercial and residential sites in Central London. This is a foot-mobile role due to site restrictions - no vehicle is provided, but all sites are accessible via public transport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, small works, and minor mechanical and fabric tasks, using standard hand tools only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance

• Fault finding and repairs

• Small works, first fix, and make-safe tasks

• Minor mechanical, plumbing, and fabric duties

• Completing job sheets via CAFM systems

• Liaising with clients, tenants, and subcontractors

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

Requirements:

• Electrical bias with Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)

• 18th Edition desirable

• Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience

• Experience in commercial/residential environments

• Good knowledge of H&S and risk assessments

• Able to work independently in a mobile role

• IT literate (CAFM systems, handheld devices)

• Call-out rota participation (where required)
