Salary: £42,278.00 - £44,500.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a dedicated in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, reliable electrical service across social housing properties.

Responsibilities:

• Completing a wide range of electrical maintenance within tenanted properties including CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes and ensuring that the properties are safe, compliant and habitable.
• Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
• Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalent
