Role Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of FM contracts across London. The role is focused on driving service excellence, maintaining compliance, and ensuring strong commercial and client performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of FM contracts
Manage delivery of hard and soft facilities services across multiple sites
Lead client engagement, performance reviews, and issue resolution
Ensure services are delivered in line with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
Oversee contractors and supply chain partners to ensure quality and compliance
Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance across all sites
Support contract mobilisation and service improvements
Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a Facilities Contract Manager or senior FM role
Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services
Proven ability managing KPIs, SLAs, and contract performance
Sound knowledge of UK health & safety and compliance standards
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
FM or H&S qualifications (desirable)
