Role Overview:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the effective delivery of hard and soft FM services across a portfolio of London-based sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and well maintained
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fabric)
* Lead and coordinate FM suppliers, contractors, and service partners
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
* Manage service contracts, monitor performance, and control costs
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Respond to escalations and ensure effective resolution of facilities issues

Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities management within the FM sector
* Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
* Good understanding of UK health & safety and compliance standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing contractors and service providers
* Relevant FM qualifications or certifications (desirable)
