JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces such as parks, schools, public areas, and business properties are healthy, tidy, and visually appealing. This role involves a range of tasks to maintain and improve these spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lawn care, hedge trimming, and tree surgery

• Weed control, litter removal, and planting

• General upkeep of outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal

• Use and maintain grounds maintenance equipment safely

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Enhanced DBS check required
