Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for an experienced Handyperson to work within the voids team for a local council in the Kensington & Chelsea borough.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting general maintenance and repair works in council-owned void properties

• Undertaking barrel lock changes, door adjustments, and associated repair works.
• Completing basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs as required.
• Identifying additional repair works and accurately reporting findings to supervisors
• Using a PDA system to receive job instructions, record materials used, and confirm completion of works.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
