We are working with a growing construction business based in London who are looking to appoint a Junior Estimator to support their pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their estimating career who is keen to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with senior members of the estimating team, supporting the preparation of competitive tenders and cost plans across a range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates from drawings

• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information

• Supporting the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions

• Maintaining cost databases and assisting with post-tender analysis

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Some experience or relevant education within construction, fit-out, or commercial interiors

• Strong numerical ability with good Excel skills and great attention to detail

• A desire build a long-term career in estimating

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to work as part of a team
