Job Title: Logistics Manager - CB2, Cambridge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics and distribution operations
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Optimise transport, warehousing, and inventory processes
• Lead and develop logistics staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office
• Knowledge of UK transport regulations
