Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services across communal areas within designated residential properties throughout the City of Cardiff.

The sites include:

• Community Living Schemes

• High-Rise Buildings

• Low-Rise Blocks of Flats

This role plays a vital part in ensuring all communal spaces remain consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained, creating a positive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of cleaning across multiple residential sites

• Maintain communal areas including hallways, stairwells, entrances, and shared facilities

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards

• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents

• Represent the organisation professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• A genuine desire to make a positive difference in residents' daily lives

• A customer-focused approach with good communication skills

• Flexibility to travel between sites within Cardiff
