Location: Canary Wharf, London
Reports To: Technical Compliance Manager
Working Hours: 38 hours per week (complex shift pattern, including days & nights)
Salary: Up to £50,300, dependent on skills and experience

Are you a versatile engineer ready to maintain and operate complex HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in one of London's key business hubs? We are seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver seamless service, ensure safety, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems

• Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed to contract SLAs

• Manage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentation

• Collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors

• Use CAFM systems (Planon experience is advantageous) to manage tasks

• Provide technical support and quotations for chargeable work

• Demonstrate a flexible, "can-do" attitude, ready to work beyond core skills

What We're Looking For

• Time-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671; HVAC qualifications desirable)

• Experience with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOP

• Strong health & safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)

• Proficient with CAFM and mobile tools

• Reliable, confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
