Plumber - Property Services

Location: Northumberland & Newcastle
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary initially, with opportunity for permanent employment

We are currently recruiting an experienced Plumber to work on a range of property services projects across Northumberland and Newcastle.

This is a temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to be taken on permanently for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out plumbing works on occupied and void properties

• Responsive repairs, maintenance, and minor installation works

• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults efficiently

• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements

• Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and site teams

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)

• Proven experience in property services, maintenance, or a related sector

• Own tools

• Own van and ability to travel between sites

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good customer-facing skills
