We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team for ongoing property services and social housing works in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable professional to make a real impact within the community.

Key Requirements:

• Valid DBS check

• JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services certification

• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)

• Proven experience in property services and social housing

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Details:

• Duration: 4 months (potential for extension)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: £19.77 per hour (CIS/Umbrella)

• Location: Birmingham
