Plumber needed in London

Job Title: Experienced Plumber
Location: London
Salary: £230 - £250 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions
• Carry out general maintenance tasks including system flushing, clearing blockages, and replacing faulty parts
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing expert advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Work independently or as part of a team on various plumbing projects
• Assist with emergency callouts when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a plumber (qualified and skilled)
• Full Plumbing Qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3)
• Previous experience working on both residential and commercial projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Own tools and transport (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean UK driving license
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality work
