Site Supervisor needed in Ipswich

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations
• Monitor progress against the programme and report to management
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
• Maintain site records, reports, and inspections
• Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S regulations
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• CSCS card
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades on site
