Electrical Site Manager

Daniel Owen are looking for an Electrical Site Manager in Leeds:

• Project - 402 bed student accomodation (10 storey new build)

• Scope of works:

  Managing the Team - 40 on site/16 are electrical/sub contractors making sure everyone is working and installing safely

  Attending Site Progress Meetings

  Has IT Skills - Microsoft office, word & excel for the weekly report

  Checking Labour

  Quality Checks

  Managing Material Requests

• Ideal candidate will have been an apprentice - electrician - site supervisor

• Temp or Perm

• Must have CSCS and a H&S qualification

  Face to Face interview followed by an immediate start till August 2025, then a new project in Bradford will be starting.

  Working hours 7:30-17:00

  No CIS as the client are paid under JIB
