The role holds the key responsibility for delivery of services in the areas of: ASB, Noise and Environmental enforcement and the Council's CCTV operation in line with local and national policy and legislation.

• The post holder will deliver large in-house services and will be responsible for designing and delivering further services and service improvements.
• Directly responsible for a large staff group and accountable for implementation and execution of policy, procedures and processes. The staff numbers may vary but will generally compromise, professional, technical and operational support staff.
• Responsible for controlling complex budgets of significant value, including costing, analysis and financial controls.
