You will be working with an established Property Services company who will support you with your career progression and stability.
The Role:
As the Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the operatives on the contract and ensuring that they are working productively and efficiently in their role whilst ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors are working within accordance of the work sheets given and the time-frame.
Your Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers and deal with any queries they may have
- Make sure all client's expectations are met
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to
- Attend inspections where necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within the Social Housing industry
- SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid certificate
- Excellent knowledge about IT
