Multi- Trade Operative

The Role:

As the Multi-Trade Operative you will be travelling around different sites in the SO, PO and SP areas and will be working within the commercial sector. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to all clients and ensuring all requirements are met.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be looking after all the buildings fabric activities such as the patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating. Furthermore you should be capable of working to high levels of Health and Safety, statutory requirements and ensuring there is regular inspection and monitoring procedures being carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative programme.

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified up to Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds/NVQ

- Background in Facilities Management or maintenance
