Parking Representation and Appeals Officer to work in the public sector.

35 hours per week.

3 months contract.


Hybrid Role - Predominantly Home Based

Job Description:

  • To respond to Representations and Appeals and in so doing evaluate and make operational decisions required by the PCN recovery process in accordance with
  • You will contribute to the achievement of quality customer care, including providing excellent customer service to our residents using your detailed knowledge of parking and traffic enforcement.

    You will use your IT, people skills and knowledge to carry out various activities, including dealing with representations, parking appeals and customer complaints at other stages of the statutory process and providing feedback on issues raised to management and contractors.

    To ensure that service targets are met, and continuous improvement is achieved.

    An essential part of the role is to keep up-to-date with knowledge of the legal framework surrounding parking and traffic enforcement, including Government guidelines and statistical returns.

  • Ensure that the IT system is updated accurately to reflect the decision including adding appropriate notes to the case and updating the system in terms of progressing the case to the correct progression pat
