The Planned Works Administrator will form a link between subcontractor, client and financial teams whilst reporting to the contracts manager and contracts supervisor.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling operatives
  • Data input for quotes and jobs
  • Organisation of job specifications and backing documents
  • Maintain trackers within excel


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks without direction in order to meet business goals
  • Comfortable with technology and software
  • Proficient in MS Office, including confidently using excel
  • Knowledge of office procedures and processes
  • Proven admin experience
  • Proactive in task management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
