The Role:

Your role will require you to work as part of our growing team, delivering a professional service within our contact centre delivering an excellent customer service experience. The role will require a proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet when answering phones and planning day to day works for our operatives and other administrative work. This role will give you a platform to develop and progress allowing you plenty of opportunities to grow

The required duties of the successful candidate will be:

  • Day to day scheduling and planning of engineers diaries
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders
  • Receiving and making phone calls to customers and managing expectations
  • General administrative tasks including but not limited to, monitoring emails
  • Liaison between sub - contractor and clients
  • Managing customer expectation via complaints processes
  • Assisting contracts managers in administrative duties to provide an efficient, high-quality service
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems.


  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • IT Literate as you will be using our in-house system(s) to add calls/repairs to the system and then allocate to the relevant trades person to complete the works
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude
