It is vital that you have previous customer service and planning or scheduling experience, preferably within the housing or repairs sector. Along with this, you will have experience leading or managing a team. You must also be highly IT literate and have the ability to multitask as this will be a busy yet rewarding role. You will have real passion for providing the highest level of customer service whilst being empathetic.

The ideal candidate will have extensive social housing planning experience.

Your day to day will be dealing with:

• Previous day appointments
• What emergencies are outstanding
• All operatives are on site on time.
• Making sure all following day appointments are booked
• You will also be dealing with future work
• Making sure all diaries are booked up to 3 weeks in advance
