2024 Christmas Payroll Deadlines

Please see below the Christmas payroll deadlines:

Week Ending 13^th December – payment on 20^th December

Deadline for timesheets is Midday on Wednesday 18^th December – all timesheets need to be in by this time for workers to be paid before Christmas. There are no catch-up payrolls on Thursday 19^th and Friday 20^th December. 

Money will be in the bank on Friday 20^th December – payslips will be sent as usual on Wednesday 18^th December.

GM will be done for all timesheets processed by Midday on Wednesday 18^th December.

Week Ending 20^th December payment on 27^th December

Due timesheets will be processed at midday on Wednesday 18^th December. Please ask your clients to start sending in timesheets for WE 20^th December as early as possible and process them as soon as they come in.

Deadline for timesheets will be Midday on Monday 23^rd December – all timesheets must be processed by this time. There will be a catch-up payroll on Tuesday 24^th December for any timesheets received by 10am. 

Money will be in the bank on Friday 27^th December – payslips will be sent on Monday 23^rd December.

GM will be done for all timesheets processed by midday on Monday 23^rd December.

WE 27^th December – payment on Friday 3^rd January

Due timesheets will be processed at midday on 24^th December.

Deadline for timesheets is 10am on Tuesday 31^st December. Catch up payrolls as normal on Thursday and Friday.
