Based in Chingford
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Chingford. The role will be on a temporary to perm basis.
You'll be responsible:
- High volumes of calls liaising with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and supervisors.
- Schedule Appointments
- Ensuring future jobs are appointed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Social housing and repair and maintenance background
- Proven experience in scheduling, planning disrepairs, voids, or complex works
- Basic building maintenance knowledge.
