Air Conditioning Installation Engineer - South West

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team, working on a variety of commercial and residential installation projects across Bristol and the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, great earning potential, and the chance to work on high-quality installations with a reputable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of air conditioning systems (Split, Multi-Split, VRV/VRF, etc.)

• Working with a range of manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Fujitsu

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Commissioning and testing of systems after installation

• Liaising with project managers and clients on-site

• Ensuring all work complies with F-Gas and health & safety regulations

• Occasional maintenance or repair work as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in air conditioning installation (minimum 3 years preferred)

• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Good understanding of health & safety practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
