A highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director to join their Leeds-based team. This is a key role managing prime commercial assets for major UK and international investors.

The role:

• Lead the management of a portfolio of office-led assets for major UK and international clients
• Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors, property companies, and asset managers
• Take ownership of lease events, service charge oversight, tenant engagement, and client reporting
• Work alongside a senior director on a high-profile mandate, while also managing your own client relationships
• Liaise with in-house facilities, finance, and advisory teams to deliver a joined-up, high-quality service
• Support the development of junior surveyors and contribute to the overall performance of the team

What you'll bring:

• MRICS qualified, with strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
• Proven experience managing office portfolios or mixed commercial property assets
• Confident in front of clients, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
• Skilled in-service charge management, lease analysis, and tenant negotiations
• Operating at Associate or Associate Director level, with a team-focused approach
