Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter / Carpenter Multi to join their Property Services Team in the Berkshire area. This is a mobile role, and a van and fuel card will be provided for business travel.

The Role:

As a Carpenter Multi, you'll be part of the Kitchens & Bathrooms Team, carrying out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks in tenanted and void properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

• Installing windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)

• UPVC installation and servicing

• Locksmith tasks (e.g., gaining entry, lock replacement)

• All types of fencing (feather edge, chain link, panel)

• Full kitchen fitting and minor joinery

• Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and general repairs
