Salary: £41,128.00 per annum

We're recruiting for a skilled Carpenter Multi-Trade to provide high-quality, customer-focused service, delivering a range of multi-trade and carpentry works within the major works department. This role will cover various properties across the London Borough of Hounslow.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a range of carpentry and multi-trade works, including but not limited to all wet trades such as plastering, carpentry, decorating (both externally and internally), and tiling, using the schedule of rates.
• Completing full repairs and maintenance services to a high specification and quality standard, adhering to contract specifications.
• Planning each job and ensuring the required materials are available to complete the work within the scheduled time frame.
• Maintaining the achievement of 100% customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
• Displaying a high level of customer care when interacting with tenants and leaseholders, contributing positively to a customer-focused service.
• Ensuring all tools, materials, and any associated debris are removed from sites are repairs, leaving homes and communal areas in a clean and tidy state.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
