Multi Trade Carpenter (x1)

Location: Rushden and Surrounding
Contract: 7 months
Rate: Competitive

What's Involved:

• Complete carpentry and basic plumbing repairs in social housing properties
• Work to turnaround deadlines with a focus on productivity and quality
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors when needed
• Use smartphones/tablets to track and update job progress
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and residents
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policies

What You'll Need:

• NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing (or strong experience in the trade)
• Full UK driving licence (max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years)
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Previous social housing experience (preferred, not essential)
