CCDO Demolition Operative

We are currently seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with consistent work across various sites throughout the UK. While projects are located nationally, all applicants must be based in the Midlands and hold a valid UK driving licence.

A company van is provided for travel when working away, and applicants must be comfortable with staying away from home when required.

Requirements:

• Valid CCDO card

• Proven experience working as a CCDO Demolition Operative

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Midlands-based (Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, etc.)

• Willingness to travel and stay away as part of the job

Key Duties:

• Soft strip demolition

• Structural demolition using hand tools and light machinery

• General site clearance and removal of debris

• Assisting machine operators and other site workers

• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

• Working efficiently to deadlines on active construction/demolition sites
