Welfare Labourer / Site Cleaner
Location: Southampton
Hours: 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
Duration:Ongoing - 12 months+
We are currently seeking a Welfare Labourer / Site Cleaner for a long-term role on a construction project based in Southampton. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone local looking for consistent work with reliable hours.
Duties include:
Cleaning of site compound facilities including:
Offices
Canteen and kitchen areas
Welfare units and W/Cs
Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the site facilities
Supporting the site team by keeping welfare areas clean, tidy, and safe
Requirements:
No CSCS card required (no site exposure)
Previous cleaning or site welfare experience is preferred but not essential
Reliability and attention to detail are a must
