Hours: Mostly 9am-5pm (some shift variation may apply)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team at a high-end gym facility in Bristol. This is a temporary full-time role, offering a great opportunity to work in a premium environment where high standards of cleanliness and presentation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across the gym, spa, and changing areas

• Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain top-tier hygiene standards

• Conduct quality checks and ensure tasks are completed to specification

• Manage supplies and stock levels of cleaning products and equipment

• Liaise with management to report issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Be flexible with shift times when required

Requirements:

• Proven cleaning experience

• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable and punctual with a high level of professionalism
