Cleaning Supervisor

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Temporary - 6 - 9 Months)
Location: Lincolnshire (Multiple Sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
Rate of Pay: £13.71 per hour (with holiday pay) or £15.19 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay)

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to support our busy cleaning team across 41 sites throughout Lincolnshire. This is a temporary position to provide cover, initially for around 6 months, with the potential for extension.

About the Role

As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key part in maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out cleaning duties where needed

• Delivering stock to various sites

• Conducting site audits and quality checks

• Keeping records and paperwork up to date

• Supporting and guiding cleaning staff

What We're Looking For

• Supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role

• Full UK driving licence

• Enhanced DBS check (required)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using basic digital tools (tablet/phone) for record keeping
