We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Administrator ready to step into a more technical and field-based role as a Trainee Property Inspector / Assistant Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pre- and post-inspections who is looking to build a career in surveying and property inspection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background as a Commercial Administrator or similar role within property or construction

• Demonstrable experience in pre- and post-inspection processes

• Eager to develop a career as a Property Inspector / Surveyor

• Working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, or HNC/HND in Building Studies/Surveying)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

• Full UK driving licence
