We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel starting Sunday, 10th November. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food preparation and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and service

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

• Ensure all prep is completed to the required standards

Requirements:

• Food Safety Certificate - Level 2 (essential)

• Food Allergen Awareness Certificate (essential)

• Previous kitchen experience preferred

• Must have own chef whites/uniform and knives

• Punctual, hard-working, and able to follow instructions
