Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per year

Role Overview
As Electrical Area Manager, you will oversee electrical compliance contracts-including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs-ensuring quality delivery, managing client relationships, and identifying up‑sell opportunities. You'll also handle quoting, valuations, invoicing, contract meetings, and recruitment of electrical engineers.

Requirements for the Role

• Proven Area Manager experience, ideally in social housing or construction

• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)

• Highly organised, flexible, and customer-focused

• Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
