Electrician

Daniel Owen Ltd are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrician to work on a long-term social housing project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor, focusing on domestic repairs, maintenance, and installation work in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

• Fault finding, testing, and inspection

• Minor installations and upgrades

• Working in both occupied and void environments

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 or combination of 2392 & 2395 (Testing & Inspection)

• CSCS Card

• AM2

• Face Fit Test: Must be clean shaven or willing to use a personal respirator hood

• AA Certificate

• Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience (if applicable)

• Must have own hand tools

• Based within 30 minutes of the office (flexible for the right candidate)
