Salary: £43,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum

We're looking for a skilled Electrician to join a local council, delivering a high-quality responsive repairs service across customers' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Tracing, diagnosing, and rectifying electrical faults using the appropriate testing and measuring equipment.

• Carrying out partial or full re-wiring of domestic and communal council properties, including testing, commissioning, and certifying works.
• Installing and maintaining cable containment, door entry systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and 3-phase power switching and distribution.
• Planning each job effectively, ensuring all required materials are available to complete work on schedule.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
• City & Guilds 2360 Parts One and Two, or NVQ Level 3 including AM2 (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
