Job Title: School Cleaner (Enhanced DBS Required) - East London

Location: East London (Multiple School Sites)
Pay Rates:

PAYE: £13.69 per hour

Umbrella: £16.14 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time, Ongoing
Shifts: Early Morning (e.g., 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM) and/or Afternoon (e.g., 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable School Cleaners with a valid Enhanced DBS to join our team in East London. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff across various school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the Update Service)
• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school or similar environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
