JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Facilities Asset Officer to work on assets across a large commercial site in Stoke. Our client is looking for someone who has experience dealing with high volumes of assets.

The role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm (flexible).

This is a 12 month contract position.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facilities assets, including buildings, equipment, tools, and infrastructure.

• Regularly verify assets against spreadsheets, databases, or asset management systems

• Update asset registers following acquisitions, disposals, relocations, or refurbishments.

• Assign and track asset identification numbers

• Ensure all asset data meets audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements for the role

Experience of dealing with high volume of assets

Organised and attention to detail
