Temporary Finance Assistant - Wakefield

Duration: 3 weeks (Holiday Cover)
Full-Time

£13.69 per hour

We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive team based in Wakefield. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and financial skills to step into a fast-paced role providing essential support during a holiday period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Performance Manager
• Providing general administrative support
• Assisting with financial purchasing functions
• Offering ad hoc support to the account management team
• Producing reports and analysing data to identify service improvements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role
• Xero accounting software experience is essential
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to work to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
• Confident in making recommendations for efficiencies and service enhancements
• Comfortable working under the supervision of a Performance Manager
