Floor Layer needed

Location: EC1, London
Job Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable floor layer to join our growing team for exciting projects in the EC1 area. As a floor layer with us, you'll be responsible for installing a wide range of flooring materials, including carpets, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying flooring materials to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Preparing subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and smoothing surfaces.
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials precisely.
• Communicating effectively with clients and the team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in floor laying with a strong portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of various flooring types and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Own tools and equipment are preferred, but not essential.
• Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience with both domestic and commercial flooring projects is a plus.
