Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing contractor in the Barnet area who are looking for a Group Health and Safety Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to lead their company-wide H&S standardisation, process modernisation, and embed best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SHEQ Advisors to support projects in the delivery of the companies SHEQ strategy and ensure managers assume full responsibility for the discharge of responsibilities, associated with their normal activities
• Lead the H&S strategy from their Barnet office, while also being responsible for operational H&S oversight in London and the South Eas
• You will lead company-wide H&S standardisation, process modernisation, and embed best practices.
• Be comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day site support.

Key Knowledge:

• Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Safety.
• Experience in Social Housing minimum of 3 years
• Experience in managing people (Manager will have advisors reporting into them)
• Current full UK driving license
• NEBOSH
• Planned Maintenance Experience
