We're a busy construction and property development company operating across Cambridge and surrounding areas. We're looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Handyman to join our team and support a range of ongoing building and renovation projects.

Role Overview:

As a Construction Handyman, you'll play a key role on site - assisting with general building tasks, site prep, finishing work, and ongoing maintenance. You'll need to be versatile, efficient, and ready to pitch in wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with basic construction, demolition, and site setup

• Carrying out minor repairs, joinery, plaster patching, snagging, and fixture installation

• Supporting skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as required

• Loading/unloading materials and keeping the site clean and safe

• Reading basic plans or instructions and working independently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or as a site handyman/labourer

• Solid understanding of basic building processes and tools

• CSCS card (required)

• Own basic tools and PPE (preferred)

• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
