Job Title: Blue CSCS Card Handyman Wanted - TW7 Area

Location: TW7
Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• General home and property repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Installing fixtures, fittings, and furniture
• Minor carpentry, tiling, and drywall work
• Assisting with home renovations and improvement projects
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance roles
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Own tools and transportation preferred
• A valid driving license is desirable
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently
