Internals Finishing Foreman

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Finishing Foreman to oversee and coordinate internal finishing works on a high-quality construction project. The successful candidate will ensure that all internal trades meet program, quality, and safety standards throughout the finishing phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate internal finishing trades including drylining, painting, joinery, and flooring

• Ensure works are completed to the required standard, on time and within scope

• Monitor progress and provide daily updates to site management

• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure all works adhere to H&S policies

• Carry out snagging and de-snagging inspections to maintain quality control

• Attend site meetings and contribute to short-term planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role

• Strong eye for detail with a focus on high-spec finishes

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve issues on-site efficiently

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
