📆 Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Thursday OFF)

Are you an organised, hands-on leader who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming environment? Daniel Owen work Agency are looking looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join the team at IKEA Norwich.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the store

• Manage daily schedules, duties, and shift coverage

• Carry out regular inspections and respond to any cleaning issues quickly and efficiently

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory role

• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Reliable, punctual, and approachable

• Flexible to work weekends, with Thursdays off
