Main Duties - Leasehold Services Officer:
- Identify and account for all service charges
- Respond to customer queries relating to service charges and amend accounts where appropriate
- Recovery of service charges including signposting in relation to hardship
- Processing of Section 20s and consultation
- Processing of Right to Buy applications
